About the brand

MIURIO studio was founded by designer Rita Assor. Today she works in her studio with stylist and co-designer Viktoria Braginskaja. The products created by the studio are characterized by boldness of colour and playfulness. The patterns created on the fabric and their influence on us have initially grown out of a thorough and voluminous master's thesis, which was based on the popular Estonian writer and semiotician Valdur Mikita's philosophy of Estonians as a nation bearing natural culture. Rita began her master's studies in textile art at the Estonian Academy of Arts. During her studies, Rita consciously enjoyed her personal expansion and development through the creative process. The excellent synergy of the Estonian-Russian temperament is reflected in Rita's very bold use of color in her work. As you grow and expand, so does your creation, and so each new collection carries a new idea. Rita plays with the colors coming from her inner world, passing on to her the meaning of creation - the joy of life and the celebration of life.
