Liisa Kanemägi is an Estonian knitwear designer whose work combines traditional craftsmanship, technical expertise and an experimental approach to fashion. Her passion for knitting began in childhood and evolved through studies at the Estonian Academy of Arts and the Tartu Art College. Today, knitting remains the core of her creative practice.

Working primarily with linen, wool and silk, Liisa creates tops, shirts and knitwear distinguished by sculptural forms, unexpected details and what she describes as an “eccentrically chic” aesthetic. Her designs challenge conventional ideas of perfection and completion, resulting in garments that are expressive, timeless and rich in character.
