Tallinn Design House Is Looking for a New Owner

01.10.2026

The Tallinn Business Incubators Foundation is selling the Tallinn Design House trademark, online store and store fixtures in a public written auction.

Tallinn Design House was established in 2017 under the leadership of Tallinn Business Incubator to provide local designers with a joint export platform. Today, the flagship store in the Rotermann Quarter features the work of more than 100 Estonian designers, with products also available through the online store.

Over the years, Tallinn Design House has become a well-known name representing Estonian design brands across a wide range of categories, from clothing, jewellery, bags, footwear and natural cosmetics to ceramics, furniture, homeware and lighting. Tallinn Design House has also served as a meeting place for designers, foreign delegations and event organisers.

The auction offers the new owner an opportunity to acquire an established Estonian design business and a functioning platform for continuing to showcase and sell Estonian design under the Tallinn Design House name. The auction will take place in two stages. Indicative bids for the first stage must be submitted by 12:00 noon on 30 October 2026.

The auction terms and a description of the assets being sold are available at inkubaator.tallinn.ee/avalik-teave.
