The PRE-loved, or “loved with care” platform, offers a fantastic opportunity for designers to reintroduce their products into circulation, thereby reducing their ecological footprint. One of the fashion industry’s challenges lies in sample pieces created during the development of new designs. Instead of leaving these samples to gather dust in studios, designers can bring them to the Tallinn Design House PRE-loved exhibit.
The Tallinn Design House PRE-loved section showcases gently used yet excellently maintained items created by Estonian designers. The aim of the circular economy is to reuse existing materials and products for as long as possible. Many Estonian designers are adopting this mindset, increasingly favoring recycled materials, while also focusing on what happens to their creations after production and purchase.
If you have well-maintained pieces by Estonian designers in your wardrobe, they are welcome at our PRE-loved exhibit. Email us at info@tallinndesignhouse.com, and let’s discuss further.
The Tallinn Design House PRE-loved project supports the sustainability goals of Tallinn 2035.
